DESCRIPTION

For many, many, years education has ridden a collision course with commerce avoiding the wave of accountability and scrutiny, but with increasing concerns about the quality of American education, schools are now in the firing line.

School districts, boards, principals, and teachers are locked in the daily battle of justification and results driven agendas. The reactions to this have led some schools to totally restructure, whereas other schools have embraced the opportunity for change.  Successful schools have opted for the development of a consistent, connected and transparent school culture to elicit, strengthen, and maintain success. For some schools this means the elimination of a “toxic” culture, for others it is just a case of a school redefining itself.  Either way, the results can be powerful and long lasting.

In this seminar, AUSSIE, Brian Green, will show you:

• how schools have achieved startling results by addressing the development of culture in their schools;

• structures, plans and results that have supported the development of an enduring cultural change within schools;

• how achievement was supported to ensure powerful and long lasting results.
